Vibration Mill (Continuous Type) CD Model

The raw materials are finely crushed continuously in a series using upper and lower grinding tubes.

In recent years, the characteristics of the vibration mill, which has become common as a crushing machine, include the ability to achieve fine grinding in a short time by subjecting a grinding cylinder filled with grinding media to high-speed circular vibration, thereby imparting significant crushing force to the media. It can be applied to a wide range of grinding from medium to fine grinding. Additionally, it allows for simultaneous grinding and mixing/dispersing, and is suitable for both dry and wet processes. Mechanochemical effects can also be obtained. The CD type, which is the only mass production equipment for vibration mills, is a continuous vibration mill. It continuously micro-grinds raw materials using a two-stage grinding cylinder. The grinding cylinder can be easily detached from the support plate for easy replacement. The grinding cylinder linings are made of iron, stainless steel, special wear-resistant steel, various ceramics, and rubber linings. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Crusher Test Research Small Vibrating Mill MB-O/MB-1/MB-3 Type

Optimal for grinding samples for research! 10 to 20 times more efficient compared to rotary mills.

The vibration mill exhibits 10 to 20 times the efficiency compared to conventional rotary mills. This is due to the fact that in a vibration mill, the number of impacts from the balls is 50,000 times that of the rotary type, and while the impact in the rotary type is 1G, the vibration mill can achieve 6 to 14G. Features of the vibration mill include reduced grinding time, ease of micron-order fine grinding, high efficiency, compact design allowing for special grinding such as inert gas encapsulation, the ability to attach a jacket for internal cooling or heating, suitability for both dry and wet grinding, ease of handling with a small installation area, and the ability to select the lining (non-ferrous metal material) and media for the grinding chamber. We offer the "MB-O type," which is optimal for fine grinding of extremely small test samples, the "MB-1 type," which is ideal for sample preparation for research, and the "MB-3 type," which is widely used for research and small-scale production. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Small Vibrating Mill (Batch Type)

Ideal for research and prototype grinding! Widely used for small-scale production.

In recent years, the characteristics of the vibrating mill, which has become common as a crushing machine, include the ability to achieve fine grinding in a short time by subjecting a grinding cylinder filled with grinding media to high-speed circular vibrations, thereby imparting significant crushing force to the media. It can be applied to a wide range of grinding, from medium to fine grinding. Additionally, crushing and mixing dispersion can be performed simultaneously, and both dry and wet processes are possible. Mechanochemical effects can also be obtained. The small vibrating mill (batch type) features a pot replacement system and is widely used for fine grinding of small quantities of test research materials as well as for small-scale production. Three models are available, and the materials for the grinding pots include iron, stainless steel, various ceramics, nylon, and rubber lining. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
